Tell me about how this week will be better than last:

Let preface by saying, I'm so fucking glad I have next week off for a long overdue break.

These are the things I went through this week

1) DH went out of town (which stresses me the fuck out)
2) I got the stomach flu, but I'm saving my PTO for D (because I know he'll get sick and sent home from daycare).  So I did half days at work for two days
3) I couldn't go to the grocery store, so D ate sliced ham, cheese, and goldfish for dinner for two nights
4) I couldn't sleep because I was in the bathroom all night
5) I had grading deadlines
6) I got a ticket for making an illegal turn (that I didn't know was illegal)
7) swim lessons sold out in an hour
8) I had Saturday class today, but my sitter couldn't stay the whole time, so I had to,leave early
9) I lost one of D's shoes, the only pair that fits him right now
10) I bawled at work and embarrassed myself in front of my coworkers
11) I had to film one of my classes this week for my BS grad school, but I was unable to do so, because I was so fucking sick, so I cobbled together some footage from earlier in the year, which is terrible, doesn't match the criteria, and it embarrasses me to turn it in at all
12) and I have my GD period

can I have a little cheese with my whine? Sheesh.

If it makes you feel better though, I don't think I know a single teacher who hasn't lost her shit in the breakroom or at the secretaries desk at least once over the year, so don't be embarrassed : )
