Plan is to run 3 days. Whatever I can fit in before Andrew wakes up for the day. Last week I got in 3 runs. 2x3 miles and one day was cut short so only 2.5 miles.
1. I plan to do 30 day shred, level 2 every night after boys are in bed and 30 minutes of walking at least every other day. 2. I finished 10 days of level 1 30 day shred aw/tmi - I'm no longer peeing myself when I do jumping jacks! 3. Feeling pretty good.
1. Two lifting plus cardio and one cardio only. And trying to hit 10k steps a day.
2. I'm on phase two of my lifting plan. After 8 weeks on phase one I went from 40lbs to 110lbs on dead lift, 45 to 90lbs squats, 8 push-ups on my toes, and 90lb lat pull downs. This is huge for me :-)
3. I'm feeling so much stronger! Oh, and currently super sore, because the new set of exercises are kicking my butt.

1. Hoping to get to the gym at least once, but I will be getting plenty of exercise going to parks and running around after the kids during spring break. I barely sat down at all yesterday until after the kids were in bed.
2. Workouts were okay last week, and my aw is that I made it through a class with P in kid stuff. (I mean, I bribed her with watching a Netflix show on my tablet when we got home, but she stayed.)
I'm starting to finally see the scale budge. I want to walk 2 miles at least 5 days this week. As of Monday I am 1 for 1. I still don't feel like going to he gym yet, but hopefully there are some spinning classes in my future.
1.Due to DH's baseball schedule, I will only to be able to run Thurs, Fri, and Sat this week. 2. I managed to run 4 days last week, ending win a distance of 3.2. (Not bad for my first week of training) 3. I have the usual blisters and soreness. No injuries, but I cautious of my knees, ankles, and L hip. I ran competitely in HS and had multiple injuries in these areas so I am a little worried about pushing too hard and getting hurt again.
Probably not as much as I'd like. With Easter and listing our house possibly Thursday, my head is not in the game! Hoping for boot camp 3x and hopefully running 2x.

3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns?
Not great. I had antibiotics for a sinus infection back on the 14th and felt better right away. Last week my sinus pain started to come back and now I am in pain almost all day every day. I went running last night and had to walk a bunch I am hoping I can make it through bootcamp today.
1. What is on deck for this week? Very light week since spring break is coming up. I'll probably only have time for 12-15 miles.
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? My long ru went really well. I did 10 miles, and not only did I run negative splits, I ran the last 2.5 at goal half marathon pace.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? None- knock on wood!

1. What is on deck for this week? 4 days of running (18 miles or so) and hopefully some strength training
2) How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? I actually did well. I was on vacation for a long weekend and went running twice plus a strenuous hike with my friends.
3) How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns?
Feeling good! My hip was bothering me for a while, but it seems to be better now.
