We bought DD an Easter dress a couple weeks ago and she refuses to wear it. Any time I try to put it on her she throws herself around and acts like it's electrocuting her and takes it off. Umm. We have to go see the Easter bunny (which I know will not go well.) Am I going to be judged if we put her in a dressy shirt and pants?
Are you seriously asking if other parents at the mall are going to judge you for what your kid is wearing to sit on the lap of a dude in a rabbit suit?
Why does she have to go see the Easter bunny? I only ask because you say it won't go well. If it's because of the dress but otherwise she wants to go then yes, but her in pants if that's what she wants. If she doesn't want to go for other reasons then I wouldn't make her.

Whenever I've seen kids see the Easter bunny, they are always dressed in dresses and little suits. Maybe it's just a thing around here?

No. She's 2 and I don't think she'll like waiting in line.

It must be a thing where you are because I see a mix of attire where we are. We skipped the mall bunny this year and instead for a candid iphone shot of us as a family with their bunny person at a farm we visited this past weekend for a spring fest. DS was wearing his second bday tshirt, cargo shorts and high tops. It's adorable!

Don't be a dick!
Lol. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something

I've seen it both ways-people dressed up and people casual. Why not get an Easter themed tee?
