Not sure if they are CF, but I use the IT Nude Palette by Sephora. It has a good combo of shimmery and matte colors. I have medium brown eyes and a pinkish skin tone. Works for me!
I have dark blonde hair, green eyes, and a pinky complexion, and I have 1 and 3. I like 1 because it has a lot of bronze and gold colors and those look good with my eyes, and are good neutrals that don't look boring. I just like the colors in 3. I've been tempted to buy 2 or one of the Basics but I don't think I'd get use out of them because I already have similar colors.

If I was going to buy more eyeshadow, I think I'd try out Pixi or Pacifica, both cruelty-free. And, both available at Target. I'm glad to know who another CF person is!

I've generally been REALLY picky about ingredients (no parabens and the like) etc., but it's tiring, especially as a lot of the brands I've used or looked at either don't work as well or aren't affordable/available easily. Shipping to Canada can be expensive! So I'm trying to focus just on CF and ideally things that can be recycled. I hate making garbage.
I'll check out Pixi. We don't have Target here anymore
100% Pure is a little pricier, and I haven't tried them myself, but they sell fruit-dyed makeup. And their packaging is made of recycled products.
I have golden blonde hair, green eyes, and neutral-to-warm skin. My favorite is N3. I don't own the other two but they never inspired me. N3 is right up my alley in terms of coloring.
I have the same coloring as you (except I have blue eyes) and Naked 1 is my favorite. I think a lot of that is because I really enjoy the colors Naked and Buck, as they really bring out my blue eyes. I can see where the cooler tones in Naked 2 might work better with your eyes though.
I will say that although I like 3, there are a lot of palettes out there that use similar colors now (like the LM Artist palette). I'm not saying I wouldn't buy it again, but I'd do some comparing before I did.

If you are picky about parabens, N1 has Parabens while N2 and N3 do not.
I think you sound like a N2. But this is MUT, I mean MUB, therefore you should get both. Both are are 2 of my faves.
I have dark hair, hazel eyes and use 4.0 in the Naked Foundation. I have palettes 1 & 2 and like both but use #2 more often. My absolute go to is the Naked Basics 2. Very neutral shades, but they are great for everyday.
I have it and think it's pretty good. Blushes, not a big fan of.
A question about the Pixi eyeshadows- so, I was always happy with my Maybelline/Revlon shadows, until I got NP 1, and now there's just no comparison. I get so much more color, and it just goes on so much better. Do the Pixi shadows go on as well?

No defintely not!
But it's not terrible.
The warm side is very creamy.
The cool side is less so.
The mattes have more trouble.
None of the shades are super pigmented, which is my biggest issue.
I have all three and I love them all equally. I also have the Naked Basics, which is the perfect size for travel. I plan on getting the Naked Basics2 soon.
