DD woke at 1215. I tried to get her back asleep but she wasn't having it so fed her. It's 230 and I got up to pump hoping that they both stay asleep till 5 or 530. I'm so tired and having bad night sweats. It was our first night with thunderstorms and I think that may have woke her.
Nursing for the second time and he peed through his nighttime diaper -- that was fun. I'm exhausted.
I think we are sleep training this weekend at the advice of our pedi as long as his room is ready. I have mixed feelings about it, but I need more sleep!
I just took a video of my husband snoring and texted it to him.
I couldn't fall asleep until 1 am again even though I was tired and didn't nap, then the baby was up at 2:30. I'm already planning a drive through at Dunkin Donuts before P's pedi appointment. Give me all the iced coffee you have!
The baby is doing this awesome thing lately where she wakes up and stays up for an hour (sometimes more!). It's generally her only wake up, so maybe I should be grateful, but it's killing me. Just eat and go back to sleep already!
I got up to pee for the third time and I'm in so much discomfort I can't sleep.

Ugh, I'm sorry. I took Unisom pretty much every night in third tri. Usually just a half, but sometimes a whole if I felt really wretched. It usually did the trick.
My oldest was just up because 'he just doesn't like to sleep' so after a bathroom trip and some water he's finally back down.
He also brought home a lovely cold from DC this week and I have been coughing so much in gagging tonight and the baby is slightly congested and sneezing a lot so watching his temperature like a hawk. I just want 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep...

Would you still get up to pee? Part of my problem is he is so big, it hurts to move so I wake up every time I turn over.
I'll have to look in to it. It's obviously too late for tonight. 430 here. Thanks tho!
Wake up #1. DD got her 2mth vaccines yesterday and slept nearly all afternoon. I was hoping to take advantage of how tired she was and get a decent stretch tonight but only got 3hrs She has also refuses to be anywhere that isn't touching me since then so I'm not everyone going to attempt putting her down. Guess who gets to eat a shit ton of ibuprofen tomorrow??
DD was up at 4:15, nursed her and she went back down around 4:30. My alarm was set to go off at 5:15 so I figured I might as well head to work early so I can leave early.
The baby is impossible to keep awake during the day when we'd love to interact with him more. But 1 am and 5 am feedings have him up and ready to party. This isn't how this works, kid!
Thanks for the update lessel. Sorry the Woombie didn't go well! I hope tomorrow night is better for you.
Rough night for all the SuperGreen kids. DD was up at 11, 2:30-4 (ugh) and now up for the day at 6:30. What happened to my 4 hour stretch of sleep?! Plus DS didn't fall asleep until 9pm, up at 4am for a bad dream (DH handled that), and up for day at 6:30.
I'm not sure what time H finally got E to sleep but I probably got 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep! Whoo hoo! I keep hoping that he will sleep until like 8, but that won't happen. I'm sure he will be up again in an hour and a half and not go back to sleep until mid morning. Blah. Oh well.
Sounds like E is doing awesome estrellita. G has only done a 6 hour stretch once.
G had her 2 month shots yesterday. She was playing and fine for the first 1.5 hours after then screamed and wouldn't let me put her down. DH got her settled and put her to bed last night. Apparently I didn't hear her because DH got up with her in the motn. Oops. So now I'm rested and he is exhausted for work. At least she only had one wake up.
bk1 oh he didn't sleep that long, I wish! I went to bed at about 10 and probably feel asleep around 11. E was still screaming and H was going to take him for a car ride. I passed out and have no idea what time he came to bed, haha. E doesn't like to go to bed at a decent time. We'll lay him down at like 8:30-9 but he will be awake again by 10 and just scream for a while. He screams a lot before we put him to bed too. Very frustrating. I dream of him letting both of us get decent sleep!
estrellita ahh got ya. E will get there! G just did it out of no where. It was just a couple nights ago. And of course the next night her longest stretch was 3 hours.
