New Obama Family Portrait Unveiled

CNN)The Obamas had a picture-perfect Easter Sunday.



White House photographer Pete Souza published a photo to his Instagram account of the family in the White House Rose Garden on Sunday.



The photo is of President Barack Obama with first lady Michelle, and first daughters Malia, 16, and Sasha, 13. The portrait even includes the White House pups Sunny and Bo.



On this year's Easter Sunday, the first family attended the Easter ceremony at Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandra, Virginia.



The White House also released a photo of the Obamas alone without children and a special message from the president about wishing American families a happy Passover and Easter.

I had the first initial though re the skirts, but they look like they're (just barely) finger-tip length, which is what my school dress code was.

I learned from a secretary at work who has teenagers that schools around here allow the kids to wear those see-through lace tops (you know how it's a trend to wear a neon bandeau bralette underneath?). Yeah. So, I think I'm now an old when it comes to teen fashion. And those dresses generally are lovely.

I agree. That was the first thing I thought. But those girls have some long legs to cover! They are getting so tall!!!

Also, Sasha has such style. I presume she's picking out her own clothes and I notice much of she wears has this slightly vintage vibe to it, but is still fresh and modern. I would like her to dress me.

They are gorgeous. Seeing a picture like this makes me think that maybe I don't need to stress so hard about making sure everyone's outfit goes together in my next family pic.

Yuuuuuuup. Please see my endless laments about finding clothing for tall women. I would imagine it's even more difficult for teenagers.

And, yeah, Malia looks at least as tall as Michelle. Damn.

They are pretty girls. A too short skirt doesn't take away from that at all.

Come on folks can have a respectful opinion about their skirt length, it's just an opinion and there was no name calling. Anywho I don't have a problem with the skirt length cause my skirts were shorter, LOL!!

Agree my niece is 14 and 5'10 she can't ever find skirts that seem long enough to me. And to be honest the skirts they are making now are so short only the super petite seem adequately covered.
