I have a weakness for ice cream which is not necessarily diet friendly. I just attempted a low cal milkshake and actually enjoyed it. H was happy with it too!
2 cups almond milk 1 tb of peanut butter 3 tb of sugar free chocolate pudding mix Ice cubes
Throw in blender until ice is crushed and ingredients are blended. Will be trying other variations over the coming weeks. Total calorie count 115.
i don't know if powdered milk "counts". i'm not sure, but i think it would. i've been sneaking in little bits of milk (i.e. chocolate has milk in it), but every time i eat more than that, she reacts to it.
