And do you love it? PIP if you're so moved. I'm leaning toward a minty or sea foam greenish blue (we have an old kitchen and our house was built in 51 so I think the color would fit) but I want to consider some other options.

Look at my stunning photo in my profile picture and that's the color. we have an open floor plan and the kitchen/living room is all that color. It's actually more of a greenish blue but it's tough to tell in the photo. I really like it and feels like it goes with an older home.
Right now it's a creamy color that honestly has a pink hue in the rest of the house, but somehow looks a bit yellow in the kitchen. I'd like to make it more white now that I have grayish cupboards.
I actually like your seafoam idea, especially considerng the age of your home. Are your cupboards white, by any chance? If so, I think that would look really nice.
We have an old farmhouse kitchen. White cabinets and dusky blue by benjamin moore paint.
Jinx! That's what I posted above. Considering this for our basement. It is a walkout with a full length glass door and four big windows on one side, so there will be some natural light. Is it a light blue/gray IRL?
It's way more light blue than gray. We have two huge windows so lots of natural light also. I think it would look nice on a basement. Cheery and relaxed. Its not my first pick for a kitchen anymore.

They're kind of more beige or off-white, creamy which gives DH pause with seafoam but I think it'll be ok. The cabinets are old metal St Charles cabinets popular in the 50s, though I think ours were installed in the 70s. They used to be a salmon color but someone painted them at some point. And the kitchen was definitely a greenish-blue at some point as is apparent from peeling paint in a couple corners, but it was darker than I want.
I wanted our kitchen to be neutral but warm, and light. We have a really soft creamy butter yellow color. I like it and it goes well with the medium-brown cabinets. If we had white cabinets, I would go with something different.
I think you could go either way with the neutralish colour of the cabinets. I'd get a bunch of paint chips and tape them up to see which you like best. If the cabinets have a warm/cream tint to them you may end up liking something like a pumpkin spice better since seafoam is usually a pretty cool tint. If it doesn't look right you'll know right away.
No word of a lie, a couple days ago DH and I put up roughly 100 paint chips to try to nail down a colour for our bedroom.
Our kitchen is open so there isn't much wall space, but what little we have is cream, matching the rest of the downstairs. We have midnight black/blue granite counters and back splash for the range, lighter bamboo floors and all stainless steel appliances.
Ours is mostly cabinets, backsplash, and appliances, but I will put a pic below of most of the wall space. It is SW Macadamia. We have an open concept first floor for the most part, so the entire downstairs is this color. While it is not terribly exciting, it gives me a nice blank canvas to change up the accent pieces throughout the seasons and add in more color that way.
I will say, our trim is an off white (fairly creamy - good amount of yellow). It looks fine with warmer tones, but cooler tones make the trim look dirtier. DD1's room is a soft robins egg blue color and the trim looks much darker in her room. Since you said your cabinets are off-white, it is something to consider and test out. The amount if natural light the space gets will also make a big difference I think.

I love sea foam, so I'd go for it. Our dining room is sea foam, and when we one day open it up into the kitchen, I'll do the kitchen sea foam too. Right now the kitchen opens into the living room. LR is light grey and kitchen is light yellow. I'm all about colors all over the place.

Buttery yellow that came with the house. I also have a 1950s house and recently painted the living room a soft green that I feel fits the house really well, BM Guilford Green. I think Seafoam would be fantastic.
