How'd everyones weekend go? Mine was, thankfully, quiet. Napped. Watched meteors, worked out and got some chores done.
As for the healthy stuff, my 3 mile run self infliced punishment didn't go so well. I got just past mile 2 (while running at the gym) and thought I was going to keel over. But on the bright side, since I hate running 2 miles was a big milestone for me.
UW, congrats on your 2 miles! That's super awesome.
I had a pretty low key weekend two. Ran 5 sunny gorgeous miles along the lake early Saturday morning, then we headed out crabbing with some friends on their boat. It was fun, but H got too much sun and was kind of tired and cranky the rest of the weekend. We also saw The Campaign friday night, and it was pretty dumb. But, the new sports bar in downtown Kirkland is awesome.
It's Monday and there's a stack of crap to do on my desk. I'll be a happy camper when this week is over.

Good Morning! We went camping on my aunts property in Winthrop. She has shelter and water, but not like plumbing and no electricity. So, it wasn't really roughing it, but I was really dirty when we got home last night. My shower was amazing. While we were over there, it was super hot, but we went to the river and had a good time there. We had a pretty private spot. Sadie loved swimming for her tennis balls, and James and Tman went in the water all the way - brave boys. I enjoyed being able to put my feet in to cool off.
I was not healthy at all. I missed the weigh-in which is fine with me, because I'd rather not post a giant gain. Most of it should slip off this week as I get back on track, but I'll have to work to get just back to where I was on Friday before we left.
Tman starts another session of swimming lessons today. I almost forgot. Besides that, we are just going to rest today and I'll do my chores. I'd also like to clean the car, inside and out, but we'll see how we feel.

Good morning!! Nothing really healthy for me this past weekend, but we were busy. Today I have an interview at a gym for their front desk position. I am hoping I'll get it mainly for the free gym membership, then I can actually post some good stuff on here.
I weighed myself this week, and after all the wedding/honeymoon stuff I am down 5 pounds. I am fairly certain this was muscle loss though so I really haven't been working out, so as soon as I get back into it I know I'll go up again, but I am OK with that as long as I see some definition.

Good morning! I began football season by going to the Seahawks game on Saturday, it was good to have football in my life again, but I could really do w/o the buttugly new uniforms the Seahawks have. On Sunday I went to a friend's house and had a dog play date for our dogs. My little guy got so tuckered out, Sunday evening was so wonderfully peaceful
I am going to try to work out every day this week (hopefully for at least 1 hour/day), because I want to make it past a "milestone" weight that I haven't been under since late 2005/early 2006.
My weekend was totally relaxing. It was wonderful. I slept in, did some laundry, cleaned, and that was about it. I bailed on a bbq & hanging with friends Saturday night, in favor of chilling at home. I feel ready to take on the week!
Good morning. Had a much deserved relaxing weekend and we ate healthy all weekend. We have a meal plan put together for the week which should help. Nothing planned for Friday so that will be an eating out day. Better to eat only once a week than 3 times a week.
Good morning! My weekend was a little relaxing, at least Saturday was. We went to take dinner to FIL and spend some time with him. Then we watched the Sounders get their butts kicked. Yesterday I had to work and the first 7 hours weren't do bad but the last one sucked. My boss is a jerk. I ended getting overtime and my other boss was not happy about that and didn't understand why the other assistant manager didn't call him down to get me out. I work 5.5 hours today and then have tomorrow off and will be cleaning all day.
I'm here. Woke up late (like, on the one day it actually matters), rushed around all morning trying to get back on track at work, just ate for the first time today. I'm exhausted already.
Late check-in for me. Camping was good, even if our friends are lame and couple B didn't show up and friend C canceled the day before. Burn ban was in effect and s'mores over a propane camp stove do NOT taste the same! But at least one couple showed up and it was ones we rarely see so it was nice to get to know them better and they had a sweetheart of a Great Pyrenese dog they brought. Had great viewing for the meteor shower.
Healthy-wise, obviously got a bit more walking in than normal. I enjoyed myself with food, but didn't go to any excesses (I even limited to 3 s'mores instead of my usual 5) but the scale bumped up 3 pounds today. I'm betting that's water weight from having a whole 2 beers over the weekend. So hopefully I'll see it go back down a bit more. I didn't eat to have loss, but definitely nowhere near to gain that much.
Had doctor appointment this morning and got my tdap since I'm TTGKTFU and needed the tetnus booster anyway.
