What about just making him a nice dinner at home with his fav dessert. Steak and BJ's always a winner.
We don't really do stuff for gifts but I just try to make H feel special on his day. So this year I went out early to get him special doughnuts and coffee and we did a special dinner for him that we might not normally have at home and then I believe I made him his fav cake or something lol

What about tickets to a West End show and a nice dinner? Organize a pub crawl, maybe exploring a different part of London that you haven't really gone to yet? I know he's tired of travel but maybe a small day trip or overnight at a B&B to somewhere close - like maybe Brighton, Bath, or Stratford?
