So I'm on MFP and I see everyone posted their names on there... if I add you bitches what are you going to be able to see? My weight? The fact that I enter my weight ever day? (I know I shouldn't but I'm OCD about it) What I eat?

They don't see your weight or what you eat (although you can set it to show your food diary). If you weigh everyday and it changes, your feed will say, "UserName lost X lbs. since her last weigh-in!" and everyone can see that.

So what can they see? Just the feed? And what is the point? Like can people comment or something? Just trying to understand the benefit of adding people

Yup, people can actually comment. They can also see in your feed when you exercise. What you did and how many calories you burned.
Mine tells me if someone has not been on in 3 days or a week. Exercise, if you are over/under on calories, and how much weight was lost from the last weigh in
