Expanding to the entire city, highest is $9.5M for this 2+ acre waterfront estate, complete with 10,000sf home that has an indoor pool/spa/gym, sport court, lakeside "cabana", and dock/boathouse. Oh, and a craftsman home that can serve as a guest house.
Since I'm bored I expanded the search to the city...lowest $59K for condo.
The 2nd highest (the 1st highest that showed was $27M & I think it's actually located in a suburb) is $9.8M. Funny enough it's only about 10 blocks from my house & a couple from the condo I posted but you never see the houses in that section because they are on "private" drives.
And I just realized the cheap home is across the street from our old house we sold for 125k in 2013. It was on the market then as is with a shit roof. They had located out of state. So they just re-listed and is still as is. Glad that is working out for you.

In my zipcode, the low is 219,900, which will get you this:
3/2 1300 sqft on almost 2 acres
or this:
3/3.5 1500 sq ft on a postage stamp.
High is 2.2 million
6 beds/8.5 baths 7500sq ft on over 2 acres with a nanny suite
ETA:
If I expand to my whole city, I found a home for $140k on 5 acres being sold as a tear down and this monstrosity for 4.5 million, which is apparently still being built:
It has 6beds/7 baths on 6.5 acres, 13000 (!) square feet

why, yes! That's an 18 car garage!
I never thought I would say this but that seems like a lot of house for 4.5 million

You know, you're probably right. My town is a pretty far out suburb. Closer to the city you can find "smaller" homes on much less land for that price. For a long time in a different part of my county there was a house with similar square footage for almost twice that price. I wonder if there is some sort of weird back story and they're trying to dump it.
