Which Disney movies would you feel are okay to show to tots between the ages of 2-4 that are not scary? My DD is going through a huge princess phase. So far Cinderella and Tangled seem to be the least scary. Any other ones that are not so bad?

Does Princess and the Frog have scary parts? It's been so long since I've seen it I can't remember. Not princess but Lady and the Tramp or 101 Dalmations. Nemo is a big hit with DS (2). Sleeping Beauty scared the crap out of me when I was little. I still won't watch it.
I think little mermaid can be scary. Sleeping beauty didn't hold my 4 year olds interest. Honestly, while she loved princesses besides frozen we don't watch many princess movies-I think most would be too long for her attention span at this point. And most have scary parts.
The Lorax has been a big hit though if you're looking for a movie in general!
Princess and the Frog has some crazy intense voodoo scenes. They're dark (both in subject and in terms of the screen being dark, which always makes DD anxious) and loud and kind of trippy, so while they might not be scary-scary, they're just really intense. I would definitely preview it before showing it.
These are fairies, not princesses, but the Tinkerbell movies are pretty tame, and they're actually way better than I had expected. DD (almost 3) loooooves them.
Most of the early Disney stuff is pretty scary and dark (Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio.) As I rewatch them now I realize how scary they are lol. The more "recent" ones are definitely not as scary.
Beauty and the Beast isn't too bad IMO - a few scary parts but not bad. I think Little Mermaid is scarier. Frozen is not scary at all.
I think the non-musicals (so the non-princess movies) are less scary - Nemo, Cars, etc.
I bought Snow White a few weeks ago because my toddler is obsessed with the dwarfs but I ended up FF through most of the movie.
My 2yo is soulless and doesn't really get scared by any of the Disney movies we watch. She's really into Despicable Me, Nemo, Monsters, Frozen, and Tangled.
We've also watched Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Toy Story, Little Mermaid, and Lion King (I FF through the stampede until Simba meets Timon and Pumba and they start singing Hakuna Matata lol). But she doesn't request any of those yet.
My kids don't either. Princes and the Frog is a huge favorite in our house. And with Finding Nemo DD1 goes to DD2' remember to close your eyes when Nemo's mom gets eaten by the shark' bc 'caroline is a baby. But it doesn't scare me' we are pretty soulless in our house.
I think most Disney and Disney-ish movies have something in them that could be "scary" to different kids. That said, my weirdo doesn't seem to care about any of that. She loves Frozen most but has recently requested and sat through at least most of: Ice Age 2 and Alice in Wonderland. She loves anything with Mickey Mouse, Curious George, Winnie the Pooh.

Tinkerbell! They are awesome movies -- I think there are 6 of them now. They're only about an hour long, and there aren't traditional Disney villains in them.
Early favorites in our house were: Tangled, Princess and the Frog, and Cinderella. Frozen would be good, too!
DD doesn't seem to get scared too easily, but her favorites are Cinderella, beauty and the beast, tangled, little mermaid, and oddly enough Mary Poppins. She's watched some of Snow White and sleeping beauty but I don't think there are enough songs for her to be entertained. Oh! And of course, frozen.

Movies are hard, almost all of them have a villain or some other scary part. Cinderella, Finding Nemo & Cars are ones that we watch, but we fast forward through some scenes. Planes Fire & Rescue is also a hit at our house.
The Curious George 1 hour tv specials are cute & not scary. (George Swings into Spring, Halloween Boofest, Christmas Special)

Lady and the Tramp is the scariest Disney movie IMO. That rat scene? ::shudder::
There is ALWAYS a scarey part in the classic Disney movies. Most kids just aren't bothered by them.
The hits in our house for that age have been: Cars 1&2 (I love it too) Planes Nemo Dumbo Lion King Toy Story 1,2,3 The Fox and the Hound Bugs Life Tangled Frozen Curious George The Little Engine that Could
I don't think B has the attention span for a whole movie but movies that DH and I wouldn't gouge our eyes out if they were on include Stuart Little (it's not Disney but it's cute), Mary Poppins (if you haven't seen this in a while, you should, great movie!), Bedknobs and Broomsticks (vintage Disney but awesome), Robin Hood (ditto), and Madagascar (unless your child can conceptualize how sad it is that it's in the lion's instinct to eat his friend the zebra).

I forgot about that! Damn, that was bad. It's probably been 25 years since I've seen it and just remember them eating the meatballs.
