My 29th birthday was the best. I had spent quite a few months thinking I was already 29, soon to be 30. When I realized I had a whole year to go, it was the best feeling. It was like I had a whole extra year, free!
I had DS at 30, and my mom had me at 30, so the math is pretty easy now that I always know DS' age. I agree with @vicmo, subtracting 1983 is hard, yo.
I do this all the time! I also did this the other day when someone asked me when I graduated from college. I said 2005. Ha, ahem it was actually 1999. WTF?

Yes! This happened to me in my early to mid thirties. I had no idea how old I was half the time. Now that I'm 41 I think I know how old I am but I'm in major denial.
Only gets worse. Since I turned 40 I have added a year to my age. I was convinced I was 42 last year. Nope turned 42 in December. I just own it with pride :-)

I've had to think twice ever since I turned 31 - DD was born on my 31st birthday so it kind of felt like I never had a birthday that year, and it still throws me off sometimes!
