It has been a month since I have truly "ran" for any amount of time. Apparently after eating lunch, in 90 degree weather was not the time to pick the habit back up. About two miles from my office, at the top of a bridge all I could picture was...

The good news is I pretty much ran the entire way back which I had planned on walking. The running was necessary because I was pretty sure I was going to crap my pants.
