I took a shower at our old house a few days ago and realized how much I hate the shower head in the master bath of our new home. The water pressure just sucks. It is a Hans Grohe adjustable in that you can change to 6 types of water flow (all of which are such low pressure) and it has a bar attached to it so that you can slide it up and down to your height. I think we would need to stick with another one that is on the hose since it needs to be able to fit with the bar. Does anyone know if I can change something with my pipes to increase the pressure or do you have any recommendations for shower heads with really great pressure
Basically, what we have looks like this but without the additional head that comes right from the wall.

Their might be a water restricter (sp?) inside the shower head that you can remove. Our old house had those and once I removed them, I could actually rinse my hair in a reasonable time.

I just took the shower head off, removed a little piece of plastic that looked like a strainer, and turned it back on. It is SIGNIFICANTLY better. Yay! Thanks!

Yeah, we had a water restricter in our Grohe shower head. It was awesome once we took it out but it could drain the hot water tank after 2 longish showers so be careful if you have guests.
