The chart given to me by my doctor say 1 tsp for up to 35lbs and 1.5 tsps for 36lbs. C is 35.75 lbs. Do I give 1 tsp still?

I would start at 1 tsp. If that doesn't seem to help, then go up to 1.25 tsp. (assuming you're talking about ibuprofen or other pain meds)

I called because, you know, -25. The nurse said to split the difference and give her 1.25 tsps.
