May be lower cal but I was told by my doctor that if I needed to drink a soda, I should drink regular. Diet causes complications with diabetes and has higher abdominal weight/fat risks as well. I'll suffer the carbs and calories of regular with that information. Never Coke or Pepsi however. You can strip paint with that shit.
I do love dietdrpepper over regular however. That's one that won't ever switch.
I rarely drink soda but when I do I drink regular. The diet stuff tastes gross so I'd rather get water than have diet. I don't like artificial sweeteners in general. I'm also a loyal Coke fan. Pepsi is not the same!
