OMG I am going crazy waiting for Tuesday!
At what point should I mention that I would like them to consider WFH a few days a week or flex hours? I assume I wait for an offer and negotiate then? Or should I wait until I've been working there for a few weeks?
My current contract "requires" 30 days notice. Do I mention that in the interview or again wait for an offer? (I put it in quotes because, off the record, I know I could give less than that, but it works better for me personally if I can finish out the last few weeks of school.)
