Sunday getting healthy check in

So I didn't do well this weekend.  But today I planned my meals for the week and went to the grocery store, I will prep everything tomorrow.  I'm also going to start the 21 Day Fix again tomorrow.

I need to join this. I have gained so much weight.

My plan is to start walking for 15 minutes a day then gradually increasing.

Eureka1984 that's a great plan! I also told myself I am going to do something every day, hopefully the 21 Day Fix, for at least 20 minutes.

This week is going to be a weird week because I'm tapering for my half on Sunday. I'm not good at tapering but I'm going to try to keep it to two short runs and one regular yoga and one restore yoga. Will deal with food after the race!!!

I was not that bad this weekend. Ate lots of veggies and protein so I feel ok about that

I did fairly well over the weekend and killed it on the workout front today. I have my workouts planned for the week and bought lots of protein and veggies for meals for the week.

I'm starting Kayla Itsines BBG tomorrow. I feel like I'm ok most days, but to get there, it requires the right clothes/undergarments/posture...I'd like to be able to wear what I want, when I want.
And also, recent photos of my have me just shuddering. I look so big
So yeah, no more excuses.

I have to start posting in these. I go to Las Vegas for a conference/vacation in 2 months and I'm definitely not loving how I look right now.

My goal for the coming week: no soda after 6pm and 12,000 steps each day.
