So I didn't do well this weekend. But today I planned my meals for the week and went to the grocery store, I will prep everything tomorrow. I'm also going to start the 21 Day Fix again tomorrow.
This week is going to be a weird week because I'm tapering for my half on Sunday. I'm not good at tapering but I'm going to try to keep it to two short runs and one regular yoga and one restore yoga. Will deal with food after the race!!!
I did fairly well over the weekend and killed it on the workout front today. I have my workouts planned for the week and bought lots of protein and veggies for meals for the week.
I'm still failing at this hard but am looking into the bikini body guide challenge when I'm back from florida. It Looks like a really healthy eating plan and workout guide. I've gotta do soemthing. I got winded during sex
I'm starting Kayla Itsines BBG tomorrow. I feel like I'm ok most days, but to get there, it requires the right clothes/undergarments/posture...I'd like to be able to wear what I want, when I want. And also, recent photos of my have me just shuddering. I look so big So yeah, no more excuses.
