How to repurpose boring brown rice?

I made the most bland brown rice, and I really would like to repurpose it someway.  It currently has tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic, peppers, jalapenos, cumin, onion, and bell peppers.  Any suggestions?

Stuffed peppers? Add meat, more tomato sauce, extra veggies, cheese.

If rice with all those ingredients is bland, it probably needs salt. I agree that stuffed peppers makes the most sense, but I would add salt first.

It doesn't taste like much of anything, despite having those ingredients.

Yes, salt could be the issue...the flavor just wasn't brought out for some reason.

Yeah, aside from salt, I don't think I'd add anything to that for fear of clashing flavors. Though I'm admittedly terrible at knowing what "goes" together.

Can you use it with some shredded/chopped chicken and cheese, maybe some beans, in a burrito?

A squeeze of lemon or lime juice would also help bring out the flavors. I would probably try both that and a bit of salt.

Bake meat or fish on top of it, or stuff it inside of a pepper / mushroom / rolled meat / fish.
