Why must my child embarrass me so?

DS1 did that at his old preschool when he was about 3 year old. I was mortified. He, however, thought it was the coolest thing ever that he could press a button and summon the firefighters, especially when they came and talked to him one-on-one about only doing that in emergencies.

My sister did that at a department store and the bathroom at Seaworld. those were pretty bad. I remember being embarrassed at I was only like 7/8.

So...maybe my kid shouldn't talk about fire trucks and smoke detectors around her any more, huh?

(I'm sorry, I'm laughing pretty hard right now-this is totally something DS would do, which I know wouldn't be funny...)
