I want to get my daughter (almost 2) a toddler pillow and new sheets to use in her crib and then to use in when we do the crib conversion to a toddler bed (which is the same crib mattress I think, right?). Since we were team green until birth we never got a proper crib bedding set. Plus I'm not really loving the way a crib skirt looks and I didn't want to use a bumper.
So it seems toddler pillows come in different sizes? or is there a standard and I can't find it? I looked at pottery barn and seems their pillow cases are a size just for their pillows. Am I right?
Someone please explain this to me like I'm an idiot. A link of cute bedding would be great. I stink at decorating.
So for those of you that used a regular pillow, you just used a white pillow case with whatever crib sheets? Did I miss the window of a cute looking crib?

Post a pic of your cribs
I have a set of sheets for a toddler bed that came with a standard sized pillowcase. They're just plain white. I don't really care about cute sheets. She does have a cute comforter for the toddler bed that goes over the sheets anyway.
Yes, you use the same mattress for the crib and toddler bed. So there's no need to buy new sheets, you already have sheets KWIM. I bought a "junior" sized pillow from amazon. I didn't want 1/3 of DS's toddler bed taken up by a full-size adult pillow. He loves his pillow, he calls it "my special pillow." I got this throw blanket from Overstock which happens to be the PERFECT size for the toddler bed. Not too big or too small, soft, comfy, and machine washable. He loves it!
