We currently use Tommee Tippee but P basically just chews on them to get the milk out and swallows a lot of air. I'm considering going to EP if things don't improve in the next week or two, so, bonus points if I can pump directly into them with my Medela Freestyle. He collapses the Medela nipples we've tried and gets frustrated.
We did well with the Born Free and Playtex drop-ins. You can get a Born Free adapter for the Medela. For me, though, I found it easier to pump into the Medela bottles and transfer, so I could measure and use what I needed. It is a ton of bottle and pump washing, which is another reason I liked using the drop-ins.
We use Dr Brown's as it was the hospital recommendation and pediatrician agreed.
Tragedy befell my attempt to pump into them--they fit but not tightly enough and a whole side of pumping spilled all over my clean sheets (it was doubly sad !). I've mostly recovered;) but I just use Medela bottles and pour.

DS didn't do well with Avent when we first tried bottles but now we've been having good luck with Munchkin Latch ones. I don't think you can pump into them, though, and they're pretty pricey.

DD spit up a lot (not sure if swallowing air was an issue or not), but she did significantly better with Dr. Brown's as compared to Avent and Tommee Tippee.
Another vote for Dr. Brown's. They looked kind of intimidating with the itty-bitty brush to clean the inner spout, but I will flamefully admit that I just shook them with a bit of dishsoap right after a feeding and never felt the need to use the little brush thing-y.
