Everything in same pan. I cook for less time because I think the time listed is excessive

Holy balls, you weren't kidding. So freaking good!
Paleo stew is one of my all time favorite recipes! It's soooooo good, pretty cheap to make and makes a ton. It's total comfort food for me. I'm making some tonight. You can omit the wine and use balsamic (but not nearly as much balsamic!).
