How is everyone doing?
I finished my first round of the 21 Day Fix, but was sick for the entire last week. Despite only doing it for 2 weeks, I lost 3 pounds and 3 inches overall. I started round 2 and am also trying to run three days a week.
My 20 year high school reunion is in July and I want to look good!!!
Better! I still make terrible decisions on weekends, but I'm trying to offset that with more exercise and being strict with food during the week. I've lost and kept off 4 lbs for 2 weeks now and can definitely see definition in my stomach where there hasn't been any for the last six months.

Great job guys!
I have stuck to my working out schedule. I still need to get over to the gym today, but I'm looking forward to it. I could definitely make improvements on the food front, but for now I am focusing on working out and making it a habit.
At PT yesterday, I WALKED FOR 10 MINUTES ON A TREADMILL YOU GUYS!!! It was only on level 1, but still! I lost another pound, so 6 total and 38 more to go!

I'm doing better with my food choices. If I go out to lunch at work, it's always to the Whole Foods across the street, and that helps. I also bought some healthy frozen/refrigerated stuff to keep at work to eat for lunch so I'm not tempted to go get something bad for me.
I lost steam for a couple of months, but I've lost 13 pounds since January.
I have stuck with my eating plan fairly well despite a little ice cream when I was really sick. Haven't gained any weight even though I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks, but I also didn't lose anything either. I think I won't start back up at boot camp until next week, but might try a bike ride since that doesn't make me too winded this weekend.
I need to start exercising again. I've tried to do it at home and failed. I'm re-joining the gym in 2 weeks and getting a trainer when my son leaves for the summer. I feel like I've crossed the line from gained a few pounds to fat
