Bagel with butter (my MIL fedexed bagels from NYC) Coffee Lime seltzer Raspberry infused water
I'm contemplating lunch. Maybe another bagel. With cream cheese? Or leftover pasta with mozzarella
I have to say, I love being pregnant and not worrying about dieting. My appetite has totally regulated itself (I don't know if it's because I'm off certain meds or because I'm not constantly obsessing about how much food I can eat) and I end up eating tasty, filling meals, 3x a day and don't feel guilty about occasionally going to Dairy Queen or the donut show or whatever.

4 am nursing snack: spoonful of PB and a few pretzels Breakfast: two cups coffee with creamer, Greek yogurt with honey Lunch: wrap with chicken, romaine, sundried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, sprouts, cheddar, avocado, and some other yummy stuff (take out) it was so good! Dark chocolate square for dessert
My food has been atrocious this week. Please shame me so I do better next week! (Obviously changes can only be made on Mondays, duh.)
Diet coke, 1/2 personal breakfast pizza from gas station (I found out I have to work all day, and since I've already worked 43 hours and counting this week, I "treated" myself)
Lunch was a snack wrap from McDonald's, and another diet coke.
B: Two of B's whole wheat waffles with peanut butter, and a banana L: Jimmy Johns BLT, a few chips, diet coke Water Probably going out to dinner and I'll probably get a salad.
I snack a lot less now that I'm avoiding dairy because I can't eat anything in my house.

-1/2 cup of tjs coffee concentrate, 1/2 cup of 1%milk -2 cans of sanpellegrino blood orange (if you haven't had it, get some now) -2 pork roll and cheese sandwiches with hamburger pickles and ketchup
I'm about to make a coffee protein shake. 1 cup TJ's coffee concentrate, I scoop unflavored protein powder, lots of ice. So yummy. I never get frozen coffee drinks because they're too sweet, so this is a nice variation.
For lunch I had one of the trader joes beef tamales. They are so good! Plus some strawberries and a few pieces of dark chocolate. The Alter Eco brand chocolate is amazing and most is MSPI friendly! I had the quinoa kind, it's my favorite.
We are going to Panda Express for dinner. What should I get? It's new here.

I got it at Wegmans in the organic food section. I bet the have it at whole foods too. I know the dark chocolate with honey from TJ is soy free too (it's little discs and the only ingredients are; mint, chocolate and honey).
