Breakfast smoothie (Greek yogurt, blueberries, banana, cashew milk and greens powder) We had chili cook off at work for lunch so a chili dog with no bun Leftover birthday cake Carrots We're doing Mexican for dinner
Grits (we are out of my usual oatmeal) 2 cups coffee 2 bottles of water Asian almond chicken salad and diet coke 1 more cup of coffee with a few chocolate covered dried blueberries We are having pizza and fruit for supper
I got it at Wegmans in the organic food section. I bet the have it at whole foods too. I know the dark chocolate with honey from TJ is soy free too (it's little discs and the only ingredients are; mint, chocolate and honey).
I am still struggling to digest everything I ate today. I had 1/2 a Chipotle bowl for lunch and loco moco for dinner. That was way too much food. I should have just stuck with the avocado on toast that I had for breakfast.
