I did a body pump class and maybe my form was off during some of the squats but my left knee is hurting. Or I just worked an area that had been neglected till now.
I think my feet kept turning out and I may strained a part of my knee or something. Freaking exercise.
didn't you post before that you roll your ankles in when you run? I'm wondering if you have flat feet and could use some arch supports. They have helped my knees like crazy
