I gained 7 pounds on vacation last week. I know most is from salt but still. I ate everything and didn't work out once. It was glorious lol. Now to get back to eating healthy and working out.

I'm guessing it is salt/water weight.
We need to start doing our check ins more. I need to start eating better/exercising. I have been eating my feelings a lot lately. :/

Let's do it! We planned some meals for the week and we actually bought way more fresh food than we have in a long time! I want to work out more but it's hard to find the time!
I do think vacations are a little bit of a pass though for eating not great food and not working out. Vacations are for relaxing!

Oh I just had a random idea. When we do our check ins, we should do either a daily or weekly challenge, like do 50 squats or something. That would be fun and help get me moving more!
