Every time I shower so once a day usually. Occasionally I'll shower twice a day (on Thursdays when I play softball) and occasionally I'll skip a day if I'm just hanging around the house being lazy. I have fine, straight, blonde hair and it starts looking greasy on day 2. Luckily it only takes less than 10 minutes to blow dry with a round brush.
Everyday. I can never get 2nd day curly hair. I wake up and my hair is 2x the size it was when I went to bed.
If I straighten 2 days, but my hair still has some film on it that makes it look terrible straight. I need to acv rinse, but in afraid for my highlights.
M/W/F since having a kid. Skip on the weekends. This is mainly out of laziness and lack of time to wash more. I have a ton of hair and it's long, so it takes awhile to wash and dry. I have super oily skin so daily would be ideal, and no amount of time makes my scalp adjust to not washing regularly. It's still as oily as ever.

Every day. It is short and i get wicked bed head that is not tameable sans shower. It is also greasy otherwise. I tried every other day and after months it still looked bad.
Daily. It's pretty oily. Although, it's been holding up much better without washing since having DS. How long do I get to keep this great post partum hair?
I used to think I had thin, greasy hair - but after a couple of weeks of sticking to less washing, my hair stopped looking so oily on day 2 or 3, and it honestly feels fuller.
I used to wash it 3x/week, but after having DD my hair got super greasy and now I have to wash it every day. I wash it at night and it already looks greasy the next afternoon. I'm hoping it will go back to normal eventually, because washing it daily is a pain.

I've always been a wash every day then air dry person, but now that I'm on bed rest I'm going to every other day or even third day. We'll see what happens!
2x a week. Once on the weekend and once midweek. My hair doesn't get greasy usually and is super long and thick. It takes forever to blow dry if I do it right.
Twice a week, usually Saturdays and Wednesdays. Before a few months ago, I washed every 1-2 days. Shifting my schedule to twice a week and chopping it off so I actually style it versus just letting it air dry with gel has made me feel infinitely more put together the last few months.
I'm kind of side eyeing the implication that washing every day is cleaner etc. It's all what your scalp is used to. If you continuously strip it of all its oils, it's going to go into hyper production and produce more oil to compensate, making your hair oily and needing a wash sooner. It's a vicious cycle. I'm not going to lie, the in between process of weaning myself off of the constant washing was not pretty. But now, on the other side, it's far less effort, it looks much healthier and is isn't overly gross and oily after a day or two at all.
And yup, I work out four times a week and I live in a humid climate. I have it shorter but can still make a little nub of a pony tail. But when it get sweaty, I hit it with the hair dryer and it's still keeps going. The day before my wash I hit it with dry shampoo. That's it.
I wash it with Wen right now. This varies though, depending on my hormones and the climate. In the past I've use baking soda/vinegar and regular shampoo/conditioner.
It looks great after washing through day 4. Day 5 I do dry shampoo on the roots and re-fluff with the blow drier and a big brush. That lasts through day 6, and day 7 is almost always ponytail day, which usually falls on Saturday when I'm doing yard work anyway.
Every day. I workout every day and have fine hair thst gets greasy very quickly. I know if a tried going a few days without washing it would eventually stop being greasy and adjust but what would I do in the mean time? Plus the sweat is disgusting!
My stylist/close friend yells at me all the time for it and says it's better to at least give it a day between shampoos. But my hair feels gross on day two and always ends up in a pony, even with dry shampoo, because it's so flat without washing and blowdrying.
This is so me. My hair just feels gross and I have a hard time styling it. It's relatively fine and even a days worth of dirt- it just does NOTHING.
