Emerson got her first invitation for a birthday party for a classmate. She always talks about this little girl so it's nice Em was invited.
I applied for two part time art teaching jobs in a district 10 minutes from our house. Ideally I would keep my current position and get a second to make me full time. My current principal full supports me working in two different districts since my current district won't make me full time. I'm on the fence about telling her I applied and seeing if she offers to make a phone call for me. One of my good friend's father was the superintendent in the district I applied to before he retired. I already asked her to see if he'd be willing to see what he could do to get me a chance at an interview, and he is, so hopefully I at least get an interview. I wish my district would just make me full time. I really like it there.
Andrew is taking an super long nap. I heard him stirring at the 45 minute mark but let him be for a few minutes and he put himself back down to sleep. It's very nice but almost impossible to leave the house on days when he does this.
I feel like someone is always napping at my house. I get, like, two hours of non nap or eating time to run errands.
H just fired our cleaning lady. She's so judgmental and stresses me out for at least a day before and after she comes. I feel so freeeee!
Are you going to get another?
Yup. I've never had such issues with someone before. We have a few recommendations. I do most of the house cleaning and just have someone in every other week to supplement

Well, IL's have been home 8 hours and they are already pissing me off. A left school sick, he puked 4 times and almost passed out from heaving. We were supposed to go for dinner at their place tonight, but obviously not with A sick. They are pissed. We asked MIL if she could watch A in the morning for a few hours until we could leave work. She said no because 8am is too early to get up. BUT she laid the guilt trip on MH that he needed to go over and help them unload their car. Of course he went. I'm so annoyed that they can't help out at all, but expect us to drop everything and help them whenever. I'm also annoyed my SIL, who lives literally across the road from them, is too tired to help.
Let me know if you want me to delete even this much info. The type of bacteria that causes strep throat is usually very easily treated, unless you have a penicillin allergy. Drug resistance is not impossible, but highly highly unlikely. I hope you guys don't have anything to worry about though and your littles stay healthy!

There was no actual peeing or pooping, but Violet asked to sit on the potty because she had to poop and she actually sat there for a while!! This is huge for her because she's terrified of the potty. At the end, she asked for a diaper and I put it on her, but it's a step! She kept saying "you're so proud" lol. Not yet, kid, not yet.
Ada is not helping my clothes buying problem. She saw a little boy outfit today at target and said "mom, that is really cute. I want you to get that for my baby brother please"
