Oh I'm sorry Steph! Did you miss the mark by a few points? Are you able to review the exam and see what you did wrong and apply it for the next go around?
I'm so anxious to move. They are making some updates to the place so it won't be for a few more weeks. But ugh, I'm ready to start nesting and making myself a home here.
On the flip side, I'm enjoying not shelling out an arm & a leg in rent atm.

steph96 you can do it. Hang in there. First time pass rates are crazy low. Cumulative rates are only 45-55% per exam. The stats I was finding with Google are 1 in 5 chance of passing all four parts the first time.

My randoms: I keep feeling woozy. I think I'm working too much and need to eat. I was working late last night reading the opinion on the appeal of a tax case. Between that and a federal agency going crazy and creating reporting requirements for a huge amount of data that they didn't bother to tell the public about so everything is chaos and the agency can't keep up with inquiries on how to comply. I have had three asthma attacks in the last week. I am in puppy love still with Rocko. I had a fun date and will be seeing him again Friday. I'm trying to suspend judgment on his undisclosed educational status and his evasion of the question so far. But he makes me laugh so that's good. Yeah I'm officially dizzy... time to eat.
I love it, orangeblossom! Fingers crossed on the prospective tenant. It will be so nice when you guys are settled in and have a good tenant and can breathe.
Thank you. I've got everything crossed and prayed up.
Yes, I will be so so happy to have some breathing room.
Oh, and this is kind of funny -- I went to drinks/dinner with a former coworker last night (to gossip about the aforementioned trial). We sit down, and I'm sitting facing away from the room, and a huge group of people sits down behind me. My friend is like "That's a really funny group -- 1 tall, skinny white guy and like 20 Asian tourists." I got a *feeling* that made me turn around -- ha! white guy is a friend from law school who lives in Japan. He'll be in town for about a week so we'll hopefully be able to meet up for drinks when he doesn't have 20 colleagues (clients? I wasn't entirely clear on what was going on) in toe.
So in the past five days I went to London to visit my best friend from high school, a former coworker who lives in Switzerland found out I was in London and came up to crash our afternoon tea, and I ran into a friend from law school who lives in Asia. I'm actually really excited that I got so many rare appearances in such a small period of time. It's a small world after all
I updated the tapatalk app and hate that ads now show up between posts. I keep reading them as if it is a post and get mad when I realize it's for Uber or Amex.
orangeblossom, that is a GORGEOUS house! Yay for nice rentals. And ditto SFY!
Thank you. Nice rentals where we moved, are hard to come by. I'm so happy we found something.
I agree, that house looks beautiful!
I think I read that you are/were shopping for a fridge? (I was going to comment but got busy and forgot.) Did that house not come with one? So weird. Well if you plan to rent for a long while, be careful what size you buy. We got a fridge to fit the house that we bought years ago then took it with us when we sold. It has only fit into one of 3 homes that we've rented so far. The one that fit was a newer build (2006), the last was built in the 80s and we had to put it in the laundry room, and the current one (90s) we actually get to have in the kitchen but not in the fridge designated spot.

Yeah, it was a nice fridge and they wanted to take it with them. Not ideal, butt it works.
In the end, we decided to pack up our French door and get a new stainless side-by-side for new tenants.
I hope the fridge fits. We asked them the dimensions and stuff.
My random, I got back from my uterine biopsy an hour ago, took a shower and am camped on the couch. I'm not in pain - some cramping but I am giving myself the day off.
@ruralrabbit1, your BIL sounds like a special kind of stupid.
How bad was the actual procedure? I have one scheduled in a couple of weeks. I'm nervous.
@foodielicious, thanks for the info on the biopsy. That doesn't sound so bad. I think I will take some advil ahead of time to be safe. Interesting on the reason why you are getting them done.
So exciting that your donor starts stimming next week. Make sure to keep me posted. I will be sending all kinds of good thoughts your way.
Hopefully, you won't get a headache. I didn't get headaches from the lupron, but I got terrible ones from the estrogen. It was awful.
orangeblossom - I understand that. There's nothing like the perfect fridge that suits your exact needs. I'm so so happy to finally get to use our own fridge.
My parent's tenant needed a new fridge so my dad insisted that my mom go buy a new one so he could give the old one to the tenant. My mom bitches about her new fridge all the time and is threatening to get her old one back if the tenants ever move out. Lol
