I have a large 3 wick candle from BBW and it doesn't smell at all. I Let it burn for an hour yesterday and I didn't smell a thing. Normally when I burn these my whole downstairs will smell like the candle. Im bummed.
yeah, I would take it back., They are pretty good about returns/exchanges. If it was out of my way I probably wouldn't, but if i was going to be there anyways...

I wouldn't make a special trip but might stick it in the car for the next time I was in the area. Then it would probably melt and I'd throw it away, if we're being honest.

Yes, take it back. I had a similar issue with a candle that refused to burn more than halfway and when I walked it in they knew exactly why I was there, said it was a bad batch and they'd gotten a lot of complaints, and said to pick up another one off the shelf. No transaction needed.

I would! I actually returned a BBW candle that had cracked during shipping. They sent me a new candle AND credited my account the price of the candle. I used the return label included, wrapped it back up, contacted via email, set it on my porch, & UPS picked it up the next day. Very easy, & I'm sure they'll take care of you, as I agree that's a pretty disappointing problem.
