shrinking a non-machine wash sweater

I have the cardigan in the link below and its gotten super stretched out. I don't know how it only happened to the white one, but its huge, like unwearable huge.

Normally, I get these cardigans dry cleaned, but I don't think the cleaner can shrink the sweater, right?

How can I shrink this sweater so that it's back to its normal size?
