I don't think my mother has ever been. We talked about it when she was here last, I can't remember if she said she'd been once or never. It's about 10 minutes from me now. I was really excited when it was being built. Still, I probably go only once every other month or so. I wish they had more items on the menu. An adult quesadilla would be good. I give it a 7 on a 1-10. I respect the business. I do like being able to get a good meatless dish. I also like to hack it and make 2-3 meals from one bowl. The last time I was in there, a couple was sharing a bowl and I complained to H about how greedy we are. I want to try the salad, but I always chicken out, but my sister says the dressing is good. This is everything I've ever wanted to say Chipotle, thanks for this opportunity lol.
I have had an adult quesadilla there. i love chipotle. I was meh on it when I had had burritos catered in at work. Then I had a burrito bowl and I love. Also the guac and chips are the best ever. Now that I am gluten free it is the best place for me to get take out.
I had never been until one opened around the corner from my house. Since moving, I've never been back. It was a convenient and lazy option for me when it was there.
I don't really get Chipotle. I mean, it's decent, I guess. In my new neighborhood there are about 3 fantastic places that will make a cheap and huge burrito within walking distance. I do not miss Chipotle. I don't think you're missing out.

It's like a block from my office. That being said, I struggle with the healthiness aspect of it. I don't see the point of the bowl without delicious sour cream, cheese and guacamole so I go rarely. Plus the salad dressing is high in calories. I do much better in terms of calories to just get a salad at Au Bon pain.
I've been more than 5 times but less than 10. I prefer Moe's, Freebird,or Qdoba (in that order). I find their food pretty bland but it's fine in a pinch and tons of salsa on it.
I was a grad student in Denver when people told me about this new place across town that had amazing Mexican food. It was the original Chipotle. We'd make a run maybe once a month.
Then they expanded and opened up shop directly across the street from my campus I ate there at least once a week. As a starving grad student, I could make a burrito last a couple of meals at least.
Since they went national I haven't stepped foot in one in years. In part because DH hates Mexican food, in part because it's been a decade+ since I've lived near one.
Haha, I'm not sure which of these I find more wrong!
I went to Chipotle once in college and wasn't sure what the fuss was about in LA where it's not exactly hard to find a burrito. Haven't been back during my US visits since then. I would like to go again mostly because I'm curious about why all these years later people are still so excited about it and feel like maybe my first visit did not give the full Chipotle experience.
Let's not split hairs. I use the term loosely, as I find the vast majority of Americans, esp on the east coast think Chipotle and the like = Mexican food. I recognize it's not, having grown up un CA
I eat Paleo and am in outside sales, and Chipotle, Qdoba, and Jimmy John's are my 3 go-to fast food places, so I eat there a lot. I get the steak taco salad with guac.
Is the dressing Paleo? Or do you not eat it/get something else?
eta: Uh, now that the coffee has kicked in, I'm guessing you get salsa! I shouldn't post before coffee.

At least once a month. There are two within 2-3 miles of our house and one that's about a 1 minute walk from work. I love it and love that you can easily make it healthy (or not), and a bowl lasts 2 meals. Their guac is the best.
That being said, if I went to Chipotle expecting Mexican food, I would be disappointed. It isn't Mexican food... It's Chipotle.
No. There are no locations convenient to me right now, but there was one down the street from my university and there was one in the last town we lived in. I have no interest. I have also not been to Taco Bell.
