I do read sites like CNN and HuffPo even though they are biased (HuffPo more so, basically I just think CNN is kind of dumbed-down now....) I follow links from here a lot so this board is actually a huge source for me. And I like NPR a lot, I listen to it in the morning and if a story seems interesting I'll google it at work. I also check out the AP app on my phone in the mornings to see the big headlines and go from there.
I supplement it with a glance through my blog reader (news-ish-y type of things in it -- a couple of law blogs, consumerist, and for a laugh, Wonkette). If one of them posts something interesting, I might click through to the actual underlying news article.

Thanks everyone! I downloaded the AP and NPR apps for my phone so that's a great starting point, and I agree that I tend to get a lot of information from everyone on this board as well.
Okay, really, NPR, local CBS station, AP and sometimes bbc. Ido look at drudge just to see what else and usatoday and daily beast are on my flipboard app.
