It's almost time. Fox News' Megyn Kelly previewed her exclusive upcoming interview with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, slated to air Wednesday, June 3, where the TLC stars will discuss their son Josh Duggar's molestation scandal.
“I’ll take that reputation as a tough but fair journalist,” Kelly said on her program on Monday. “However, this isn’t going to be a cross-examination of a family. It’s going to be an interview. I want to hear their story. And I think America wants to hear their story now.”
“Nothing is off limits,” she continued. Well, almost nothing. “I don’t plan on getting into the specific details about what was done," she explained, "because my understanding is the victims don’t want to discuss that either.”
Since the controversy broke on May 21, the family's TLC series, 19 Kids and Counting, has lost several advertisers. But the Duggars have received support from some, including Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee. Kelly, for one, isn't a fan of how some have lashed out at the politicians because of this.
“Bill Clinton was accused of rape. He has been accused by several women of sexually assaulting them,” Kelly said. "But the fact that a presidential candidate has posed with some random member of the family that’s going through this issue is somehow a problem for the GOP’ers?”
Kelly's discussion with the Duggars will air on The Kelly File on Wednesday, June 3 at 9 p.m. ET. A one-hour Kelly File special filmed from the couple's Springdale, Ark., home will follow on Fox on Friday, June 5.

And I'll take a million dollars, even though I did nothing to earn it.

Other than $, why bother to do a "hard hitting" interview, we already know from this she's completely on the Duggar's side. Why not just hold hands and sing Kumbaya.
Is there really much to discuss? Aren't police reports pretty self-explanatory? This is nothing more than two people trying to show face in order to keep their cash cow of a television show. If this was your average child molester he'd be shunned into silence from every faucet of this nation. But no, it's a child molester who apparently makes entertaining television, so it's okay. WTF America.

Well I think we know how well this interview is going to go.
And by that logic it sounds as if Fox News et al thinks what Bill clinton was accused of was no big deal? They didn't pay attention to it? Left the Clinton's alone did they? Certainly didn't impeach him for lying about a consensual BJ or anything? Right?

She clearly missed the point. Merely having your picture taken with a Dugger isn't a problem (that's only a problem if you're in a photo with Jane Fonda); the problem is rushing to defend a TV family who committed and covered up heinous crimes! They shouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole.

Right! And then not only for defending them for covering it up, but for then saying god forgave them so should you.
