I've been growing out my hair from a pixie cut since January. It's finally gotten long enough that the way it's growing out isn't working for me anymore. The problem is that I have no idea what to do with it now. I'd like to cut it in a way that I can continue to grow it out, but I'm not completely opposed to the idea of going shorter again for a while.
Here's what it looks like now (PDQ, I'll probably DD):
Additional info: My hair is ridiculously thick, naturally wavy/curly, and grows very quickly.
amaranth - I'm so back and forth on it. When I have short hair, I feel like it looks better long. When I start growing it out, I remember what a pain in the butt it is to deal with it when it's long.
MrsMB, amaranth, @emtmissy - My hair isn't long enough on the left front/side yet to be able to do the full A-line thing, but I'm thinking I can tell them that I want to head toward something like that picture. I'm imagining that with the length I have now I could do sort of a combination of the first picture and the last picture.
I like the last option, shorter in the back to longer in the front. The first two are also nice, but I don't think they are all that different from how your hair looks now, they are just styled differently. If you are wanting a change, I'd go with the last option
