I think it's doable to get similar flavors. Also, Sriracha isn't Whole30 compliant BUT Nom Nom Paleo has a Whole30 Sriracha recipe. Maybe add a few extra dates to the sriracha recipe and don't add any applesauce to the pork recipe.
If you don't already have arrowroot powder look into getting tapioca starch instead. They are pretty interchangeable but tapioca starch is cheaper.
