I made a procedural error in my first jury trial and the conviction was just upheld. I'm sure he'll appeal this decision BUT I WON!! woohoo! I hate losing

I hope they don't make me sound like shit in the opinion, I'm still trying to find it online.

Even better b.c. the attorney handling his appeal was a pretentious asshole about it.
