Would you, for any reason? I don't mean "I challenge myself to run an extra mile," or, "I challenge myself to not gain weight this holiday season." I mean those food ones that typically involve vomit.
I tend to think of these as something bored teenaged boys do to compensate for the fact that they are teenaged boys. A friend of mine told me she did the cinnamon challenge, though, so maybe more people do this than I thought. WDYT?
Its not on there. The kids in my school were doing the ice/ salt challenge and ended up with burns all over their hands. I am a school counselor and had to deal with this for days.

When I get drunk I start thinking these things are a great idea. A few months ago I snorted sriracha sauce at a bar. Because I'm an idiot. And I want to be someone's mother.

Don't worry, Melinda. Becoming a mother makes you scared of everything. You lose your balls with the placenta, or at least I did.
