I've been telling H for a while that I want to start working out again. Well, he decided that Tuesday was the day to get going again and for some crazy reason I let him talk me into it. Tuesday was biceps and triceps, yesterday was legs and back, and today is going to be chest and lats.

My health and fitness have both been horrible! I haven't been to the gym in about a month and I haven't even been able to do much walking. It really, really sucks. I can't believe I actually miss going to the gym but I do! Hoping to get back there soon.

awick14- I love the feeling after a great workout/race! The more sore the better! Also, congrats on dual gym memberships! DH and I had them when we first got married and I miss those days of working out together (he also was a huge help when training for my last marathon...without him pushing me I would have never had the confidence or fitness to qualify for Boston).
I have been eating fairly well and walking at least every morning (C and I were going for up to 3 walks/day before it got insanely hot here). We also did a great hike on Sat. No running though and I really miss it. I weighed myself the other day and I'm 5 lbs less than pre-pg weight and only 5 to go to my wedding weight (which was the lowest I have been since like jr high)!

I rejoined the gym at work! Assuming they get my access changed by the time I get off work today I plan on at the very least hopping on the treadmill for a bit!
H and I can't workout together. We would kill each other, lol.
I have less than 10 lbs to go to hit pre-pg, which is still about 5-10 lbs more than I would like.
I've been doing Ripped in 30 two or three days a week in addition to two days of running. I've been making a little better food choices, but could still do a LOT better.
katespade- it went great. We set up some short term goals to mainly make sure that I am getting back into the routine of it. Then after 2 weeks we will meet again and figure out a more in detailed plan. (For the next 2 weeks my goal is to try 6 classes and see what I like/don't like.)

I went to the gym last night! I walked for 15 min and did the rowing machine for a couple min. Not much but better than nothing! I'm debating working with a trainer again or just use the fitness room for DVDs since they don't have classes that late. Either way, I can't wait to make this a habit!
My goal is too fit back into my old clothing. I have an entire wardrobe of site clothing that I can't wear because it's all 1-2 sizes too small for me.
