It feels weird menu planning for the week. Usually it's just me during the week so it's whatever.
yesterday: steak and salad today: baked cod and salad tues: baked chicken drumsticks and steamed broccoli wed: taco bar thurs: visiting in-laws for dinner Fri: takeout of some sort
Monday- soup of some kind. Maybe bacon potatoe corn chowder. Asparagus. Tuesday- enchilada casserole. Smoothies. Wednesday- chicken and rice. Salad. Thursday- Pasta with vodka sauce. Salad. Friday- either pizza or burgers. Birthday cake!

We are going to be so hit or miss this week. I have no plans and no idea how I will actually keep up with dinner.
Last night was leftover grilled chicken and corn on the cob with brown rice. Tonight will be grilled turkey burgers (already prepped from Costco). I'll probably grill again tomorrow and have leftovers for Thurs. Then just need to get through Friday and the weekend! Hoping we'll go out for at least 1-2 meals this weekend for my birthday...I need to convince DH to take me to sushi!!
