1. If a house went under contract and then fell through, is there any way to find out what price it went under contract under? Like, if we started working with a realtor, could she find out that info or no?
2. Does anyone have any experience with a pee incontinent dog? We're taking him to the vet again tomorrow because the meds he's on (iniprimine) aren't helping. The doggie diaper we ordered is not that great - any recs or other tips?
Pretty sure the only way is if the other realtor tells your realtor. Our house went under contract and then fell through and the price we originally went under contract for wasn't listed anywhere. When others were putting in offers they had no idea what it was "sold" at before.
If you've had kidney stones, what was your experience? Treatment? More stones?
I thought I was gearing up for my first post partum period last week, but I think I may have passed a kidney stone. I have an email in to an actual medical professional, of course.

DH had a small stone or stones only once. He passed them with no further treatment.

You would know if you passed a kidney stone. It hurt worse than childbirth. I ended up in the ER throwing up from the pain.
This, but depends on stone size and where it was. If the pain isn't intolerable, just drink a TON of water. People who get them once may be more susceptible in the future but not always.
In my area, there isn't a way to find out what a house went under contract for, since the amount the contract was signed at and what it ultimately closed at can vary (for many reasons). For this reason, I can't imagine that you can find out this information anywhere, unless as others mentioned, you happen to find out from the realtor. Once the house closes, it's public record.

Oh, it was worse than childbirth, worse than Pitocin contractions. I had been having cramps for a couple of days, and really felt like my period was coming. It started to get worse Saturday morning, and all of a sudden the pain was unbearable. I was driving at the time, so all I could think of was getting us home. I'd say that I had about an hour of really intense pain, and then suddenly it was almost gone. In the middle of the painful event, I went to the bathroom, and had a little blood in the toilet and on the TP, and then figured for sure that my period was starting. Because I was so sure at that point it was all period-related, I felt ridiculous asking my H to take me to the ER for the pain. But, after the pain ended, and I had no further bleeding, I realized that it wasn't the beginning of my period and started googling the symptoms, trying to figure out what it could have been.

This is exactly what happened to me a couple times when I had an ovarian cyst that burst. At first they thought it might be kidney stones, but nope.

You know, I thought about that too. I had some pretty big cysts during fertility treatments, and never any pain, but I'm sure it's a possible option. It was actually my first thought, after I realized it wasn't menstrual cramps.
