Yeah, my former boss is listed at $6+million. That was no secret though... and this is only 2011-2012 compensation. When I was there in 2006, first year associates received $55K bonuses, on top of $160K salaries. I can't imagine what the partners were taking home in those days.

Hmmmm, not quite sure I'm there yet but...

(taken from the files of Imperial Tobacco, where he apparently sits on the Board as a non-executive director, if that matters. He's about my MIL's age, but that's still younger than my mom, but it would be like doing my dad or my grandpa or, even worse, my former boss that made me feel all squicky and gross. If you're Armenian he's a helluva catch as he heads the Armenian General Benevolent Union. He looks very affable.)

Affable is not the word I would use to describe him.

Considering some of his other clients and his background, looks aren't everything. And considering the pic was from him being on the board of big, big tobacco, he's certainly no saint. (Haven't clicked on the link yet but considering some of the other clients and boards and his wiki page, he's not gotten to his compensation level by actually *being* affable. But in that pic you gotta admit he at least *looks* affable.) Kisses puppies before he punches babies and all that. And considering he was born in Jordan and the AGBU was based in Cairo before it moved to NY, puppies and babies... And as I said, he reminds me of my former boss, who was a nice guy and affable and all that, but squicky. My grandpas weren't squicky, that was just a reference to his age and general appearance.

I agree, he looks both affable and avuncular. (looks)
