DD (11 months) has really taken off with walking these past few days. She's been wearing Robeez outside, but it's super hot in NY and they just seem hot and sweaty. I prefer to use them with socks for her comfort, but maybe I should just skip the socks? MOTY, but when we're out and about indoors I usually let her go barefoot and her feet get soo dirty.
I'd really like to find a sandal that's easy for her to walk in. Opinions on crocs?

I bought a few pairs of jumping jacks from Nordstrom.com for C. She walks well in them. She has only been walking for a month. I like that they have velcro under the clasp. They are a lot easier to put on than saltwater sandals.
I found keens to be pretty stiff for new walkers. I would go with some sandals from stride rite or pediped. We have the ones that rugbywife posted and they are great. Really cushioned footbed and very flexible soles. I got them on Amazon for $24.
