Sandals for brand new walkers

DD (11 months) has really taken off with walking these past few days. She's been wearing Robeez outside, but it's super hot in NY and they just seem hot and sweaty. I prefer to use them with socks for her comfort, but maybe I should just skip the socks? MOTY, but when we're out and about indoors I usually let her go barefoot and her feet get soo dirty.

I'd really like to find a sandal that's easy for her to walk in. Opinions on crocs?

Both of my kids were in Keens as early walkers and still are. I love them.

I bought a few pairs of jumping jacks from Nordstrom.com for C. She walks well in them. She has only been walking for a month. I like that they have velcro under the clasp. They are a lot easier to put on than saltwater sandals.

And yes, they are for boys, but I wanted something that wasn't pink with pink puked on it and this was all they had at the store near us.
