I think either accessory option would work great, but i would do a statement necklace over a scarf.

I thought jcrew had a nicer one that looked like that a while back, but i don't see it on their website anymore.

i love both the target necklaces! i'd pick whichever one fits more into your casual wardrobe as well, because they could be easily dressed down as well
