Myles was born a week ago today. Labor went pretty quick. We got to the hospital at 4 am. Once I was checked they decided to schedule the c-section at 10. By 6 my water had broke, contractions were 1-2 min apart , and I went from a finger tip to 5 cm dilated. They moved my section to next available OR. Myles was born at 7:33am.

Recovery is rough. I had to go the ER on Tue. with complications. After a few medication adjustments everything is going back on track.

Myles is doing well. He is a lot different than Allie. It's a learning curve all over again. It's amazing how much you forget.

Allie is in love. She keeps saying "big sister on duty" and offering to help.

Here are two pictures for your amusement. A is helping Dad feed Myles. Myles yawning after a long nursing session.
