Is there a reason to be prepared for a crib climber? I have literally no idea what we'd do if C started climbing out of her crib. She's a tall/big kid and I suspect if she wanted to, she totally could.
Will I have enough time to Amazon prime something if/when she does?
I would have a plan in place. Does her crib convert?
He was just like, "OH SHIT" and I thought maybe he put the cheesecake in the oven without adding the dulce de leche or something, but no, he forgot to get eggs to room temp. I'm like, "I think you'll be alright" and he said, "that's not what the recipe says!"
Now I remember why I live-posted once when he was making me cupcakes.
My husband needs to learn from yours.
He once made chocolate chip cookies that were a little...flat. Like pancake flat. When I talked to him about them, he said he just went down the ingredient list and put it all in, mixed it altogether, and portioned it on the sheet. With a recipe that requires refrigeration. Oops...
I ate 3 pieces of the extra large pizza I ordered (so did E). Then my mom dropped by with malts for us for surviving camp (something she and I used to do when I was a kid and we were done with GS camp)

Lane and made a couple little paintings for my dad for Father's Day, thanks to Pinterest. He loved painting. I was putting it away after doing the prints and he kept signing for more, so I let him to go town on some paper. He had a blast, but definitely needed a bath after. Lol.
There's a little strip of elastic that holds the top part of the strap so it doesn't disappear over your shoulder when you unsnap it. Right now the strap just comes apart and the cup comes down...the strap slides back over my shoulder.
Ah. On my bras it's just fabric not elastic so I got confused.
We got a fourth opinion today that thankfully agrees with the doctor we trust most who recommended surgery. It's a weird thing to be happy about I guess, but it is nice to have a little clarity and consensus finally, KWIM?
I am waiting in the pharmacy drive-through to pick up a prescription for Vistaril. My OB would not prescribe Xanax or Ativan because I'm BFing. I hope it helps.
I take Ativan and breastfeed... I have taken Vistaril and it helped decently (I was on it when PG). The Vistaril made me sleepy though, I hope it helps you!
Home from girl scout camp. Sleeping in a tent is not fun. Why do people do it?
Boy Scout camp is only a day camp this year I am so happy!!! I still have the not so fond memories of my own scout camping days. I do have to camp out one night for a family party in a few weeks but its in my SIL's huge yard so I could always chicken out and retreat for the AC with the baby?
I had my first PP period (started yesterday), I went out and bought the disposable soft cups and am pretty impressed. I am worried that my period may only last 3 days? It seems to be getting really light and that is not my normal. I know I should not complain but we are TTC.
@littlemoxie and @kcpokergal, opinion 3 was way out in left field. He basically said the radiology report was wrong and there was no fusion at all. Which doesn't make sense.
I fell down that rabbit hole a couple weeks ago. I even had a whole conversation with the sales lady about how I could not believe I was paying full price for something. I justify my new found love by the fact it isn't Lululemon who is smoking crack with their prices.
and because I think you should come over to the dark side I highly recommend the La viva capris and the city joggers.
Just stop it. Both of you. I do NOT need to be reading this right now when I will need new workout stuff after the baby comes. I haven't bought myself new stuff in so long. La la la - can't hear you. I'm just never going to actually go into the store. I've successfully passed it numerous times.
I see a pair of La viva capris and City joggers in your future. They will be PERFECT for ML.!!!!!
Ooh I just started watching Rehab Addict. Only like 20 minutes but this woman is a hot mess. Who watches? bunnymendelbaum?
We don't have cable, but still I couldn't watch it. It totally stresses me out and gives me flashbacks.
Plus, is this the historic Detroit Brush Park house? I'm still mad about that. We have been trying to buy two stupid vacant lots from the city for a year now, but they will sell her that house seemingly so quickly? GRRRRRRR
We witnessed a group of teenagers throw some McDonald's cups all over the parking lot this morning on our way to the library. My six year old was absolutely irate. She is captain environment, which is pretty cute. Well, we walked farther down the sidewalk, and one of the kids came up to me and said, "Hey! That man in the shop won't sell me a pack of cigarettes because I don't have my ID. I promise I'm 18. Will you please take my cash and buy me a pack?" I gave him a mom look and said, "Absolutely not." We started walking away and DD1 says under her breath, "Plus, you're a litterer! A LITTERER. NO, SIREE."
Tears, y'all.
OMG, I am so late to the game, but I am dying. DYING! Ohh this cracks me up so much!!!!
